You can book an apartment at the Tulip Residences of your choice on tulipresidences.com or by calling the residence in question directly. Alternatively, you can also book simply from your Smartphone on our mobile portal or our iPhone app.

Why do I have to book with a credit card at Tulip Residences ?

You need a credit card to guarantee your reservation, whether you booked on tulipresidence.com or by phone. In periods of trade fairs, events or high occupancy a partial or total prepayment of your stay may be requested with a credit card.

How can I book for a group in Tulip Residences ?

For group bookings, you can send your request by filling in our form or by calling directly to the residence concerned.

What types of reservations are available on tulipresidences.com?

You can make guaranteed or non guaranteed bookings. In the case of a reservation without guarantee, your room will be reserved until 6:00 pm on the day of your arrival. If your reservation is guaranteed, your room will be reserved for you all night long, even in the case of a late arrival.

Is it safe to book on tulipresidences.com?

Yes, your reservation is safe and especially your credit card information and other personal data. This security is guaranteed by a secure http server. All booking information is SSL encrypted and is provided in a secure environment.

What are the opening hours of the reception in Tulip Residences?

In most of the Tulip Residences, the reception is open 24 hours a day, in the others the reception is open from 06:00 to 24:00. However, you will still be able to access your apartment with the access code that will be communicated at the time of your reservation.

We have two options: the buffet breakfast from 13,90€ and the express breakfast from 6,50€.

How much does the overnight stay cost for the children at Tulip Residence?

Depending on the school, we offer special conditions for families with two or more children. Please check directly with the hotel of your choice to find out if they have family rooms.

What time can I have breakfast at Tulip Residences?

Are Tulip Residences air-conditioned?

Yes, all the rooms in our Tulip Residence are air-conditioned.

Do the rooms have telephones at Tulip Residences ?

No, the rooms at Tulip Residences don't have phones.

Is there a kitchenette in the studios at Tulip Residences?

Yes, there is a fully equipped kitchenette in each studio with microwave oven, induction cooking hobs, fridge and crockery kit.

Are the apartments at Tulip Residences wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we have wheelchair accessible apartments. For reservations, please contact the residence by phone.

What is the difference between a king-size bed and a queen-size bed at Tulip Residences?

One king-size bed measures 180 cm x 200 cm (2 mattresses of 90 cm x 200 cm). A queen-size bed measures 160 cm x 200 cm (2 mattresses of 80 cm x 200 cm).

Are dogs allowed at Tulip Residences ?

Yes, please indicate at the time of booking that you are bringing your dog with you. We charge €5 per animal per night in all countries and (CHF 6) in Switzerland, (£5) in the UK and (PLN 25) in Poland.

When do I have to pay for my stay at Tulip Residences?

At Tulip Residences, you pay on arrival or at the time of booking directly online.

Is my credit card automatically debited when I book online at Tulip Residences?

No, the credit card is verified and serves as a guarantee for the reservation. You pay for your stay upon arrival at the hotel.

Is it possible to book at Tulip Residences without a credit card?

No, for all your bookings we require a credit card to guarantee your stay.

How can I change my booking at Tulip Residences?

You can modify your reservation on our website, from your account. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one for free on our website. You can also cancel a past booking by clicking on the link in the confirmation email.

What are the cancellation conditions of Tulip Residences?

Reservations without guarantee are automatically cancelled after 18:00 on the day of arrival. It is not necessary to cancel them. Reservations guaranteed by credit card can be cancelled up to 6:00 pm on the day of arrival. In case of late cancellation, we charge 90% of the total price of the reservation. Cancellations during events and trade fairs must be made at least 15 days before the date of arrival - also possible via your reservation number - until 6:00 pm.

With your reservation number, you can cancel whenever you want!
